Group Operations Manager, Solotel Hospitality Management

Ben Stephens is the Group Operations Manager for Solotel Hospitality Management and has been with the company for over 20 years. Solotel operates over 30 Hotels, Bars and Restaurants in Sydney and Brisbane and have most recently expanded more formally into the major events space with the creation of the Together With Solotel Events brand.

Ben is responsible for the broad compliance aspects of the business which includes licensing requirements and liaising with authorities, along with managing the broader Operations team.
