From a career as music journalist in the ‘90s, Jeremy Sheaffe has been working in the events industry since the early 2000s. From traffic management to campground management, site management and event planning, Jeremy now works heavily in the area of Workplace Heath and Safety specializing in major public gatherings and events. Splendour In The Grass, Falls Festival Byron, Maroon Festival at Brisbane’s Southbank, Winton’s Way Out West Fest, the National Laneway Festival, Sydney City Limits and Download… and that is just the last 12 months, Jeremy works with event promoters to ensure that their WHS obligations under the 2011 WHS Act are met, but more importantly to ensure that everyone contributing to a smoothly run event works safely, independently, efficiently and in unison for that common goal of a wonderful outcome for patrons and stakeholders alike.
